Today, Prime Minister Luc Frieden and Minister for Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees Max Hahn visited us at the UNICEF Haus. The focus of the visit: child poverty in Luxembourg – a reality affecting 1 in 4 children in the country.
The aim was to continue last year’s dialogue and work towards concrete, lasting solutions. Our Youth Ambassadors seized the opportunity to speak up for their generation, sharing their perspectives and asking thoughtful questions regarding the future of AI and how the government plans to support children living in poverty.
We sincerely thank the Prime Minister and the Minister for this open and constructive exchange. Together, we can build a better future for every child.
